CNE Pet Shows 2018

This is the time of year when the CNE opens its doors for an end-of-summer celebration – one last blast before school starts. But it’s not all cotton candy and scary rides, animals have a special place at the CNE. From HorseCapades to SuperDogs, you can find your favourite beast at the CNE.

CNE SUPERDOGS

Celebrating its 40th birthday this year, SuperDogs invites you to join the party at the CNE from August 17th to September 3rd.

So much fun for the whole family. This year SuperDogs unveils a new show in celebration of their anniversary called Happy Barkday, which promises to thrill audiences with some trademark super stunts and doggie escapades. The best part is meeting your favourite SuperDog after the show. Pat n’ Chat is so popular with the audience, but the dogs love it too. Getting to meet their fans is a rewarding treat for the dogs, so make sure you stop by and say ‘hi’ to your favourite pooch. But come early if you want to get a seat!

CNE REPTILIA

If it’s reptiles you like, then check out Reptilia at the CNE. With a selection of pythons, young alligators, tortoises, iguanas, boa constrictors, and rattles snakes dotted around Kids’ World Park, it’s like a treasure hunt of reptiles. Handlers will be on site to answer any of your questions at certain times during the day, so make sure you check the website for all the details. You might even get to touch one of these magnificent creatures.

CNE THE FARM

Not only can you meet and pet all sorts of farm animals down on The Farm at the CNE, but you can learn about growing your own vegetables in a city garden, or get lost in a maze of corn, or pick up some fishing tips while learning about nature, safety and the environment. The Kids’ AgVenture gives you a hands-on look at working on a farm and will introduce you to 140 lovely farmyard animals. All good stuff for city folk!
