There’s always something going on at the Pawsway. Enjoy the family fun with the Woofjocks Canine All Star Show (at 12, 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.). There will also be face painting, ice sculptures and giveaways.

Usually held on May 24 weekend (and again for Winter Woofstock in November), you can enjoy everything from beauty pageants to fashion shows to races and stupid dog tricks. Hosted by the Budgerigar & Foreign Bird Society of Canada, the Canadian National Cage Bird Show is the biggest bird show in Canada.

"It’s a great opportunity for pet bird owners, breeders and show exhibitors to come together to share information about exotic birds. Those who may be considering buying their first bird will have the opportunity to learn from our international judges, breeders, club members and show vendors. It’s also a great venue for people who simply want to stock up on bird supplies and other items they can’t always find at the local pet store," Jeremy Faria, Show Manager.
